Phoenix is a non-profit, community based organization located in Halifax. VisionWe recognize the value of all youth, in a healthy, free from oppression, and strive for a world where they live with dignity, safe environment. We strive to be a meaningful presence and a voice for social justice in the lives of the youth we serve. Our intent is to break the cycle of homelessness by offering a wide range of programs and services. MissionWe support at-risk and homeless youth within our extended community. With the help of our donors, volunteers and community partners, Phoenix aims to meet the needs of young people aged 12 ¿ 24 by providing a range of supports and services from the basic needs of food and shelter, to opportunities for personal development. We imagine a society where our services are no longer needed.
